'Stress' is such a loosely used term that can mean very different things to different people. E.g. Your stress may be about not earning enough money from your therapy, anxiety about keeping up with your peers, needing more love and attention from your partner etc. Each type of stress can have a very different effect on each person.

This presentation is not only for therapists - it is for anyone who has suffered from stress at some point in their lives! We will look at ways of combating stress and how to deal with the symptoms of modern living using homeopathic remedies, herbs and nutrition.

Seminar Overview: Myofascial Release (MFR) is a whole-body hands-on approach to healthcare. Myofascia is a 3D network that protects, supports and provides form. It also offers a conduit for instant and continuous communication between each and every cell. When the body is injured, Myofascia binds down affecting musculoskeletal alignment, nerve, circulatory and lymphatic flow. MFR treatment allows the Myofascial network to yield and return to normal resting length, restoring function and form without force.
